this privacy policy applies to the Aurly mobile application ("application"), developed by Aurly Team ("service provider"), offered as a freemium service. by using the application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

- saved 'favorite' locations are retained on our servers while you have an active account or subscription
- you can revoke location permissions at any time via your device settings, but this will disable location-based alerts and forecasts
alert and preference data
alert data: we track your alert settings and historical alerts to ensure timely delivery and improve our predictive models.

- successful and missed alert delivery status

cloud sync (pro feature)
cloud backup: Aurly Pro users can enable cloud sync to backup saved locations, alert thresholds, and preferences across devices.

- all synced data is encrypted during transmission
